The small green residential area is located between 3 beautifull parks as you can see in the pictures, a 15 min walk to the central station/city and a beautiful 15 minutes cycling route to the beach. We hope to find a non smoking/ drinking, and working occupant who also finds it important to respect each other's living comfort since there are 2 more persons in the building.
